Do your boxes support Widevine L1 for Netflix and Disney+?
Premium models in our range support Widevine L1, which is required for Full HD and 4K playback on Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video. Check individual product listings for Widevine certification level, or ask support.
An app stopped working — what happened?
App updates can occasionally change functionality or require re-login. Clear the app cache, update to the latest version, or reinstall. If the issue persists, contact support with the app name and error message.
Support
My device won't connect to Wi-Fi
Ensure your Wi-Fi password is entered correctly and your router is within range. Try forgetting the network and reconnecting. For persistent issues, connect via Ethernet to rule out Wi-Fi as the cause, then contact support with your router model.
Device won't turn on after a firmware update
Hold the reset button on the device for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, then re-run setup. If the device still won't boot, contact support with your order number for a warranty replacement assessment.
Remote is not pairing
Point the remote directly at the box from within 1 metre and hold the Home + Back buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. If it still won't pair, replace the batteries and retry. Contact support if the issue persists.
