Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns — 14-Day Right to Return

We offer a free 24-hour trial before any purchase is required. We strongly encourage all customers to test the service on their specific device and internet connection before committing to a paid plan. The trial is provided expressly to eliminate uncertainty prior to purchase.

Digital Product Notice

Products are physical goods dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Our return policy is outlined below. For defective items, our 12-month warranty applies.

Refund Eligibility

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery: Your order was never dispatched within 5 business days of purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
  • Complete service failure: The service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours after activation, despite our support team's attempts to resolve it
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error
  • Significantly not as described: The service materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase

How to Request a Refund

Please include: your order number, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. We will respond within 24–48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes promptly.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Products returned without original packaging or showing signs of use beyond inspection

  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial use of a subscription period where the service has functioned as described
  • Issues caused by the customer's internet connection or device

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We respond to all chargeback disputes and provide full transaction documentation to payment processors. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. EU and UK consumers retain all statutory rights provided under applicable directives and regulations.
