Eurostream Pro is a consumer electronics retailer supplying Android TV boxes, streaming sticks, smart remotes, and related accessories. Products are physical goods dispatched by courier. Eurostreampro LLC is a Wyoming-registered limited liability company (EIN 98-1923311).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Permitted Use

• Access passes are for personal, non-commercial, private household use only
• Each pass covers the number of simultaneous connections specified at the time of purchase
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute products purchased from us without our explicit written permission
• You may not use the service in any public venue, hotel, bar, restaurant, or commercial environment

4. Payment & Billing

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through our authorised payment processors. We do not store card data on our servers. All transactions are subject to the terms of our payment processors.

5. Digital Delivery

Access credentials are delivered digitally via WhatsApp or email following order confirmation. Delivery is typically completed within 5 minutes during business hours. By accepting digital delivery, you acknowledge the digital nature of the product.

6. Service Availability

We target maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Channel availability may vary by region and is subject to change. We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, device incompatibility, or factors outside our control.

7. Acceptable Use

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable pass in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
